If we do have to come back at a later date to wrap up a repair, there will not be an add-on service fee. We estimate we are able to finish over 90% of our appliance repair appointments after the first trip.

Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to arrive at your residence. We understand how important our customer’s time is and do our best to ensure we arrive during the early part of the timeframe. But, if an earlier repair or appointment takes much longer than thought it would, this allows the technician time to still arrive on time in the service window. We always call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
